Kinesiology, 80/20 Certified Endurance Coach, Personal Trainer helping women athletes: from complete beginners to seasoned racers: build strength, confidence, and community through smart triathlon and running training. I specialize in heart-smart endurance training for women based in science. Whether you're crossing your first finish line or chasing a PR, I design training that fits YOUR life: not the other way around. But here's the real magic: You're never training alone. Em, I have questions — just honest answers about what's included and how it all works.
Because the reason you quit wasn't you - it was the program. AilikiFIT uses time-based training, so every session has a clear end. No guessing if you did enough. Add a community that checks in daily, and quitting becomes much harder.
Many of my athletes started with zero experience. The 7-Day Challenge is specifically built for that starting point. You don't need a foundation - you build one here.
Time-based workouts mean you know exactly when you're done before you even start. Sessions are designed around real schedules - not ideal ones. We get creative! Any phone scrolling time waiting at soccer practice is your training time. Bring your bike + cheap bike trainer ($25 marketplace) and ride during baseball practice stationary in the parking lot. Invite others to walk or Z2 jog with you.
We will push you past your limits - I'm here to meet you where your body actually is and help you move safely. Always loop in your doctor, but this program is built for real bodies.
Not at all. Plenty of women inside AilikiFIT just want to move consistently and feel confident in their bodies. A race is an option, not a requirement. You choose your finish line - even if it's just 7 days in a row, 30 days, or building endurance base. We will be adding new programs with strength and peloton style group rides! There is something for everyone.
An app doesn't check in when you miss a day. An app doesn't know your name. AilikiFIT is a coached, community-backed experience. You get my eyes on your progress and an Ohana that actually shows up. Apps can't replicate this. You are in the right place.
The community runs nationally. Virtual rides, strength sessions, and online accountability mean you get the full Ohana experience from anywhere. Dallas-based members also get local group runs, but geography is no barrier here. Virtual rides and runs from your living room or gym. The Ohana comes to you.
Most women feel a real shift by day three of the 7-Day Challenge - not physical, but mental. The moment they realize they're actually doing it. Physical momentum builds from there. Seven days is enough to prove everything to yourself. Our habit stacking, salty selfies, and Ohana community is here to help you be successful.
